Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, and Stress Management, the secret to a healthy life.
  • My mother is a Physiatrist. My whole life we have lived by the motto "Sleep and a balanced diet are the best prevention". We were not allowed to watch TV after dark. Mom said it was not healthy. We were kept busy with sports, music and studies so who had time for TV anyway? Bed was always at 9:30. Rising time was 5:30 with breakfast at 6:00. We were only allowed to study or read after dark. I still do this. I have always known she was right. Thank you for this video. You are awesome!
