In this video, I continue in Alpha 21 on day 13 in Navezgane. I did it! I finished enough Tier 1 missions with Trader Joel and leveled up to Tier 3 missions, proving, like in Alpha 20, it is possible to level up at a trader without having to increase the difficulty of the missions.
