Kagan, talking about bribes, does she mean the President can be convicted of Bribery for his family receiving millions of dollars after the president does favors for the parties giving money to his family?
  • @1dragonx76
Sounds like the bribery discussion revolves around the former VP…just saying
  • @brobob1947
So Joe ought to be next in line to prosecute?
  • @joeblack7660
So how does the Supreme Court view the department of justice conniving to put the former president, who is also the front runner, in jail to keep him from being reelected
  • @reven-docta79
Use of official use of power for private gain, dude you’re not talking about the former guy at 1600, you’re talking about current residents.
  • @nater2121
Why would a DA take this case and allow themselves to seem so ignorant pushing this garbage? At least the SC is making him look sufficiently idiotic
  • @tommartinez62
Smith's lawyer is helping Trumps case, Dreeben seemed to be stuck on "hypotheticals" while Kagen was looking at specifics. Interpreting law and inserting what is not said as "assumed" is dangerous.
  • @DaveL188
Bribery, joe better beware how they rule.
  • @billace90
That Judge throwing in “hypotheticals”, you can see through her reasoning what’s behind them. 👎🏻
  • @Irish176
What about the VP Involved in bribery? 😮
  • @pvtjoker77
It sounds like they're talking about Biden and his administration
  • @oddshot60
The Hypotheticals were flying thick and fast the past couple of days. Lib-Dems LOVE posing them but otherwise won't deal with them at all.
  • @tomc3010
Um, bribery is SPECIFICALLY listed as an impeachable offense. How can these justices be allowed to remain if they don't even know this?
  • @kerpal321
Donald Trump is one of America’s greatest heroes
  • @earlweber7295
This guy and his I THINK doesn't actually mean it is!!!!
