I’m so glad you’re liking your new job! My dad loves those meatballs. They are a super easy dinner for me to make for him.

Raspberry Cheesecake makes amazing fudge. I used raspberry chips (Lilly's) that I found at Walmart at some point in time. It earned very high praise at a gathering recently all non Keto friends. I've used banana in so many recipes and they were all delicious. Waffles are so good. I think your job sounds interesting. I'm happy to are liking it.
  • Make the 2 krazy ketos banana pie or use it for the egg pudding recipe by maria emmerich! Both fantastic! I use scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled in the pudding. Hope you will share what you decide.😊

Great haul- thanks for sharing- Will those keto chow make good pancakes or mug cakes (with a few ingredients added to it)because both flavors sound just yummy
  • @amydavis7951
Glad your job is going well. I wouldn’t like the hours either but what can you do? Luckily, I can pick my hours but even though I’m not a morning person I like to be done early so I usually work from 6:30 AM to 3 PM just to get it done.

Do you use a different recipe for the equip? Mine comes out really grainy and more icy. I follow your recipe for the keto Chow and it's really creamy.
  • @sarahdodd7645
Can you do a video on making creami's I have tried them with both cream and butter and have not been successful! It's powdery no matter how many times I mix it?
  • Knowing it isn't permissible to post links.....here's a recipe Wendy made with a different flavor of ketos chow. Banana should taste great....

    Pre-heat oven 325 degrees
    Ingredients:
    1 cup raw egg whites
    1 tsp cream of tartar
    1 tbsp allulose
    1 tbsp gelatin
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/3 cup egg white powder
1 packet or scoop Keto Chow Butterscotch (or vanilla protein powder your choice, about 40g ) add 1 tsp butterscotch flavoring if using the alternate protein powder
    1 raw egg yolk
    1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled
    1 tsp vanilla
1to 2 tsp Better Stevia English Toffee drops (depends on the sweetness of the protein powder you use)
3 tbsp Monk Fruit Golden brown sugar replacement
    Directions:
In your mixing bowl add the raw egg whites, egg white protein powder, cream of tartar, allulose, gelatin and salt. Give it a quick stir with the wisk then beat on high until you have stiff peaks.
In a separate bowl add all of the wet ingredients; the sour cream, egg yolk, cooled melted butter, vanilla, stevia and flavoring drops if needed and whisk together until creamy.
When you have stiff peaks turn the mixer on low and slowly add in the Keto Chow or protein powder Next add in the Monk Fruit Golden sugar replacement Lastly add in the wet ingredients then beat on high for 10 seconds. Do not over beat
Pour the batter into a silicone or parchment lined bread pan and place into the 325 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Or until lightly golden around the sides
I use my smaller 3 ½ x 8 ½ red silicone bread pan for this recipe
When the timer is done, turn off the oven and allow the loaf to sit in the oven for 10 minutes to cool down gradually. Do not open the oven door at this time or your loaf can fall.
Once the 10-minute cool down time is done remove the loaf and set on a cooling rack. Carefully remove the loaf from the pan then set the loaf on the cooling rack and allow to sit for an additional 20 minutes to cool completely down before carefully removing from the bread pan.
This should turn out like a delicious pound cake soft, dense and delicious

Training will be over in no time and hopefully you can work according to your time zone...lol.
