In corporate world, we often see cases where a manager just fires his/her employee without giving any legit reason or notice, basically does not follow any standard protocol. This is a common practice in many organisations and it has become prevalent because in most cases employees are just unaware of their rights.
There are certain constitutional rights of every employee which can ensure him justice.
Let's discuss today, what can an employee do in case of unprofessional firing. What rights does he/she have? And how to save yourself from corporate politics and manipulation.

I worked in a company for more than 2.6 years. During Covid19 they imposed 50% deduction on my salary and when i resigned then HR said 50% salary p kaam karo vrna hm tumhe experience letter ni denge aur abscond kr denge and they did the same thing. I file multiple complaint in Labor comssioner office, CMO and even PMO with all proofs but nothing happen. Then i realised that i live in a country where every law and common man welfare exist only in papers and politicians speeches.

18 years of work-ex, worked in the worst companies, have to say this: 1. Don't worry, the pool of jobs is huge. 2. If you are asked to resign, do it! (The company is not your home) 3. Make savings for the next 3 years. 4. Keep your LinkedIn network big. 5. Don't get scared of any company. 6. Apply for jobs every year, just don't accept if you don't wanna move. 7. Always keep your family in loop. 8. Prepare side-projects while working that can help present your work. 9. Learn about freelance opportunities in your field. 10. Remember always...a company is losing you! You are losing nothing 😇

A lot of companies did that at the start of the pandemic. It was to come out of legal wrangles. I was forced to resign after spending 13 years in a company which considers to be an epitome of ethics. I was forced to resign within an hour and the reason given was company had economic trouble. Funny things is that they had the highest revenue ever in the pandemic year. I considered legal route but gave it up as I wanted to concentrate on furthering my career and get a better opportunity. Motto: take control of your career and if things don’t go well take the hint and start a new journey. Better things are always out there. Sometimes we need to jump down to reach higher…
  • Yes.... happened with me...I was working in a top ed tech company for 1.5 years and then I became pregnant.......I was 7 months pregnant and needed a maternity leave but was asked by my senior to resign and join again....did the same but never got the job again since there was no vacancy

One thing is absolutely correct: All companies will find a reason to get rid of you if they can't pay you or deal with your personality.

You people won't believe I'm literally crying in silence by reading some of comments. Same experience I had and I was helpless. Paisa kamau ya complaint Karu? 10-12k salary h aur 3-5k advocate ki fees. Traveling k expenses kaha se ayenge? I was out of state, so language barrier was huge problem. Many things I did experience couldn't tell.
  • Termination has happened with me 3 times in the past 7-8 years. That time no such videos were available, suffered a lot of losses because of no info. Thanks. You earned a sub immediately.

I have worked in MNC for 6 years from a representative to AM, I can confirm the last line is TRUE.. I saw how management works being a part of it. Just one advice, do your work, build a collaborative environment, push yourself and get promotions. Don't hesitate to leave the job for a better opportunity,

I worked in a company for one year and took only 1 day off, we get 1.5 paid leaves in a month. As I got stuck at home during lockdown, the company asked me to resign and I complied. I used to work for 8.5 hours minimum and always performed well but alas, they want robots like me who will perform for the company and when they feel they do not need you, they wont give a second thought.

This is the reason why everyone wants to get a government job..

Thanks🙏🏻 Helped a lot!!! I was suffering from heavy work load and stress. I learned a lot of things from your video. I self learned that work should be your second priority. Family should always be first. 'Self' should always be first.Because no company will care for you. Nobody literally cares if you do hard and honest work.
  • "We are not a company we are family" - Ye sahi bhai corporate family ke chakkar nahi padni hame.
  • I really admire your effort to make everyone aware of basic things about company poilcies regarding employees. Very few of you now a days are emerging as meaning full content creators..
