I had created an awesome Google Form early this year that allows my Admin team to complete a walkthrough and instantly send teachers a PDF. But this felt even more complicated and I wasn’t sure how to pull this off.
Little did I know, I was so very wrong! After doing a little research, I came upon Google Forms Approval Add On created by Robert Gagliano.
Using Google Forms Approvals add-on for Google Forms, you can now create forms, that streamline the approval process! How exciting is this!

Great video! I'm currently also creating a similar process, but each employee will need approval for their supervisors and not the one person. Do you think there is a way to do this using Google forms?

It shows "RECIPIENTS" instead of "APPROVERS" after I cliked "configure workflow"..do you know why?? Many thanks for this helpful video!

Hi there. Thanks so much for this wonderful tutorial. I am creating an approval workflow, but my approvers needs to be dynamic, based off input to the google form. Are you aware of an add on that supports this feature?

Somehow the workflow is not working correctly. I need my department head to approve leave before HR receives and acknowledge the approval, however the HR acknowledge the request before the request is approved.

PLEASE NOTE: most of the form approval add-ons charge you for the amount emails they send for you. In essence you're allowed three approvals per day which is no where near enough if you intended to use this in a business environment for purchase orders ect. I think i'm going to have to bite the bullet and write my own script to avoid the $$$ they charge to use them over our charities domain.
