The Sonic franchise is full of characters that seek to protect the innocent, save the world, and accomplish any other heroic feats. Of course, with so many Sonic Heroes (yes, we worded it that way on purpose) out there, there are just as many Sonic villains opposing them. For the most part, many of these villains have not had to endure any lasting consequences for their actions since they start wreaking havoc again in their next appearance. Today, we are finally going to make them face the music...in COURT!

I'm surprised orbot and cubot didn't get sentenced for helping Dr Eggman. I know there pretty minor villains, but would like to know what consequences they would face for their actions.

Merlina getting community service is actually perfect. Mainly because its not too merciful but not too forgiving either. She's not a saint but she still had good intentions in mind

If we counted the cartoons, Eggman would probably be given the death penalty considering SatAM.

As for Zavok…you forgot to mention the implied temporary deaths of Amy and Knuckles. Which he would be responsible for.

One more thing about Metal Sonic, he also kidnapped Eggman in Heroes and posed as him for the entire game, so that’s kidnapping and another identity theft charge

I just realize by "eternal imprisonment" for that jerk that is Erazor, is actually like, "I can't do anything but scream internally about it". He doesn't even get just ended his existence at all, he basically got a fate worse than death penalty. (Which is what is canonically done to him. Throwing the lamp into the sea of flames doesn't change the fact anyway.)

I love seeing Dr.Eggman getting the death penalty and seeing Metal Sonic getting reprogrammed into a good guy, I hope we can see a Part 2 of Sonic Villians getting charged for their crimes

There's a glaring lack of The End here. Between multiple genocides, destruction of multiple planets and manipulating Sonic into doing its bidding, I'd say capital punishment wouldn't be anywhere near enough.

Honestly I feel pity for metal sonic and infinite since they both suffered immensely... but if they can't change, as mace windu said... they are too dangerous to be kept alive!

Honourable mentions: Silver the Hedgehog (Sonic 06) Crime: attempted murder Sentence: 5 years in prison plus community service Shadow the Hedgehog (Sonic Adventure 2). Also using Sonic X as a reference. Crimes: theft, attempted genocide Sentence: 15 years in prison plus community service. They were following orders from villains on this list, which is why they are only honourable mentions. But they should still face justice, in my opinion.
