Anyone miss when Nick actually cooked things. i like how he knows what chutney is but doesnt know what a doas is and makes up (sorta) names for indian food. nick, your vids are still amazing and it puts a smile on my face to see you try food that i eat.

As much as I love Nicks channel, im starting to miss his old content when it was an actual cooking channel. I wish he made more foods from different cultures. Edit: I never said i didn't like his current content, I actually enjoy it. I just said that i MISSED his old content. Get it right people.

I’m surprised you actually found the restaurant in the Indian temple. I usually eat whenever we go to the temple,and they always hide the restaurant. I’m also surprised that you enjoyed the dosa and mango lassi!! I always get that

I moved away from Chicago a few years back, but so happy to see Oasis Cafe is still around. I used to go there on Tuesdays for their Moroccan Chicken special -- it's so much food for the price too. But really anything on the menu from the kefta to the hummus to the lentil soup is fantastic. If anyone is ever in Chicago, it's definitely a must stop.
