find this question interesting...how does a machine remember, forget, and remember something "forgotten"? Would this be beneficial for a machine? No doubt forgetting is part of unconscious thinking, and also remembering things we didn't consciously noticed when the event happened. Of course we can store data in a machine, and remove data.
