How to Stop Overthinking and Overcome Self Doubt

It takes time to break the self-doubt cycle, but you can do so by taking action despite your feelings and telling yourself what you believe about yourself.

Self-doubt is often the result of unconscious habits, such as beating oneself up when things don’t go according to plan or obsessing over negative thoughts on repeat. To develop a more confident voice, we have to replace these behaviors with confidence boosting activities as shown in this video.

    That second point is so key. You gotta realize that each one of us lives complex lives and that we should not fixate on the mistakes we made that supposedly affect the way strangers' view us because they won't be thinking about us in a day or two.
