HOW hasn't a reputable channel picked him up?! I mean, I want him to stay on YouTube - I don't do cable - but daaaaaamn, this has better content, better production values, and A BETTER HOST than most. He and Max Miller of Tasting History, as well as a few other YouTube channels, are KILLING IT.
