Why aren't any of the Asian restaurants in my area rocking these noodles? I came across the recipe on TikTok earlier today...it was made by a kiddo around 9 or 10yrs of age. His dad gobbled up the noodles as soon as the recipe was ready and I was Sooo jealous. They look like something I want to experience over and over again. Chinese, Japanese, Thai restaurants! Add this to your noodle menu!

Found Wan Ja Shan mushroom "oyster sauce" at local Chinese market, which is excellent, but my sister get's very close flavor with Worcestershire, soy sauce, sugar and a dash of fish sauce!
