When the low post player ends his dribble he establishes his right foot as the pivot. As he spins to try and find somewhere to go he drags his pivot dramatically. The lead should NOT be looking at the feet and instead be focusing on the contact. The Trail and Center are responsible for illegal footwork and in this case the trail stays connected and correctly rules the traveling violation.
