    nothing still beats the e-GMP cars like ev6/ioniq5s/GV60 etc. The best i got 238kwh mostly throughout then a bit under 178 when it got too hot.

    Awesome testing, the chart review is perfect! Agreed that GM needs to improve this. I understand after the Bolt being a little extra cautious but the price point should come with premium charge speeds.

    So I own one of these and I can confirm DC fast charging is a massive pain at the moment. I’ve been to various 350 kw fast chargers, and the fastest I’ve ever seen the Lyriq take in is 151kw. I also experienced a charging curve identical to his curve today at a 350kw charger. Basically fell off a cliff at 50% charge. Everything about the Lyriq is amazing EXCEPT the public charging. Definitely needs some software tweaks.

    I saw similar results about 6 months ago…. GM engineer was testing autonomous driving in a pre production Lyric on I 20 west of DFW… charged next to him in my Lightning at 2 separate EA stations while we were traveling the same way. I charged my Lightning faster both times. Thought maybe it was a fluke. Maybe not though. Thanks for the info. Also, temps were low 20s at the time ( unlike now!!!)
