This video is related to Civil Engineering Bridge Construction where a T girder beam is post tensioned transversely .Pre-stressing force is applied at the one end of the transverse connection.Bridge beams are post tensioned in transverse direction as per the bridge grillage design requirement.

I'm fascinated, but the continuity is very poor. At around 10:26, one minute the "outer shell" plate is present next to the concrete, then it vanishes. That suggests they have completely disassembled the tensioning device and so forth, all of which is not shown.
