i still have no idea how 4 years later, some people are STILL blaming brittany and calling her "clueless" or "dumb". she was verbally, emotionally, and PHYSICALLY ABUSED!!! all while being PREGNANT!! people who are shaming her, as a victim, are the exact reason why women dont speak up when something like this happens. poor girl, i hope shes doing better now❤

I think a really scary thing about Brittani's story is the fact that this man literally CHOSE to do this to someone who had a public face on Youtube. He KNEW she had a following, and still chose to do this to her, most likely because she/her son would sell for more if she was 'famous'. He wasn't worried about showing himself on camera, and he clearly wasn't worried about her story outing him or getting him in trouble because he went and knocked someone else up before the case was even closed. He didn't hide from her videos at all, like he wasn't concerned at all how it would look if she had just suddenly vanished from Youtube. It's like he thought he was untouchable, which makes you wonder how many times he's gotten away with this.

I watched the original engaged and pregnant video that Brittany released and I saw the break that Shane was talking about but also the rapid blinking that he did when she asked him if he was happy to be marrying her and he said "happiest man on the planet" through a succession of rapid blinks could possibly be seen as "eye shielding". Eye shielding is a tell in someone's body language that behavioral experts have studied as a good indicator that someone is lying.
