I’m beginning to enjoy our politics. Sunak is showing himself to be a true gentleman.

Rishi Sunak. A thorough gentlemen speech. Very impressive. It was a privilege to listen to this speech.
  • Rishi seems personable, relatable and comfortable in his own skin. He is becoming a pleasure to listen to
  • The British showing the Americans how to properly do democracy
  • He’s always been a genuine decent person. People are put out because he’s extremely wealthy. He was doomed from Day 1 after the Johnson and Truss scandal. He was and is a good man and I think people have given him a hard time and he’s had to take the brunt for the two idiots he took over from. Well labour, you wanted it now get on with it !!

Never before have I been more likely to support the Conservatives than I would be now, if this is how they start to behave!

Thank you Rishi for saying some nice words about King Charles and President Trump
  • Its funny to how UK parliament doesn't have enough space to accommodate its members.

Now that is how democracy and change of power should work

This speech should put to rest any doubts people had on Sunak's abilities. You can get to the top by chance, but you can't stay there by chance. He may have been politically defeated, but that doesn’t reflect his incompetence in the role.
  • After losing the election, Rishi has done the Conservatives a massive favour. He has set the tone as an opposition party. They will oppose and oppose ferociously, but without the bitterness that we see in the US. Kemi Badenoch has picked up this ball and run with it, making a very articulate, incisive and humorous speech, keeping it polite but still wielding the knife. He is showing the rest of the world how democracy is done, lawfully, firmly but politely.

It seems leaving the Number 10 was more of a relief to this Young Man .
  • I hope he stays as leader. This will stand him in good stead for 2029.
