In the video, I mention not for 3rd part modifications. The context is that I am referring to payware or files you do not have permission to modify. Sharing with friends and using teamwork is always an option.

Step-by-step process to edit scenery files that you created. You can also edit scenery created by others if you have the entire scenery folder. A good way to use teamwork to enhance the scenery.

The latest SDK version has made this tutorial a little obsolete. I was trying to follow along with this video, but what you were saying was not matching what I saw in the sim. Any chance you might revise this tutorial? Hopefully I can read between the lines and get this working. Suggestion - Add the SDK version that the tutorial is about. I figured that since this tutorial is only 6 mo old, I should be good to go, but guess they snuck this one in on you...
  • Hi Thanks for your videos… Do you Know how to edit an airport, only with the package folder? I mean, is there a possibility to edit an airport I have downloaded? Thanks
