When I saw the reveal all I could say was “ITS SO GOOD!” I actually LOVE the fireplace tile!!! It’s beautiful! Please don’t change it! I mean it’s your home but it’s gorgeous!

Beautiful job! Since your upholstery and curtains are so light it helped to balance the teal walls. Now when you walk into the room you notice the furniture, then the víew out the window, and your decorations. The teal walls is one of the last things to register in your mind. I'm excited to see what the pocket doors look like. With any hope they have some ornate carvings (which you could always add). Don't paint it but stain it with a color that brings out the golden tones of the wood (walnut - use cherry stain, oak - use golden pecan, ect.). By doing this it will tie in your brass elements and make the room naturally sizzle!

The Mona Lisa is my favorite portrait. I actually have a very expensive wine bottle from Italy that has the Mona Lisa on it, and I make a lighted bottles so I light at the bottle and it’s on my counter for like a nightlight for the kitchen counter I’ve had it for like oh my God 10 years and I just realized when the bulbs burn out because I make lighted bottles if you haven’t looked those up yet they’re awesome.
