  • Every family has that one person who will break the family's financial struggle, I hope you become the one 😊
  • I had an enormous suicidal episode yesterday. I came across this particular episode of your podcast at the perfect time....like what if?? What if I didn't take my own life...just one more day.. I was able to snap out of it with your help and the help of the universe speaking clearly to me. I've always loved you and your content...but today...damn. I'm so thankful for you guys and your voices. ❤❤❤
  • I'm only 5 minutes in, but he is deep! "You only understand the power of one day when you're threatened with never having another one." I was hooked!
  • 29 months of sobriety and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I released the cowardice of not wanting to deal with my thoughts and instead, LOVE me for me. You never know how valuable your health is until you have to fight for it… SO FIGHT FOR IT NOW!! ❤

Thank you! I’m inspired by both of you! I was in an unhappy marriage for 25 years. When I finally left and had not worked in 20 years it was a scary situation for me! I had three kids as well. I didn’t get a penny and I too had my electricity, gas and water turned off at various times…I sold all my furniture and belongings to keep us afloat… Eventually I lost the home I raised my children in and had to sell my car… Life felt like a mean place to be… After all of that I was angry and down for years! But eventually I scratched my way back up and started working two jobs and I was shocked when I received a scholarship to the writers program at UCLA! It was a blessing! I’m in a better place now…I am a writer and work for myself now as a spiritual coach. I keep going and believing in myself!

I practice this. When working out, I'm like 10 more reps and end up doing 100. When I'm tired at work, I'm like one more task, and then I sleep fulfilled. It's the secret to happiness as a human being; pushing forward. As for those friends, I STOP them in their tracks. When they start bringing up my past, I'm like, “How can you not see how much I've grown?” And then I go, “Check in with me before giving me old tags”.

  • This got me emotional because I tried staying way from alcohol for a long time and it has been difficult. I focused on being sober for 90 days and each time I would fall off. Until last year October I decided to stay away from alcohol just for a day. That 1 day has been more than 6 months for me. It was difficult in the beginning, then festive came and amazing how focused I was on just 1 day at a time. This video is helping me to apply the strategy in other areas of my life. I am so happy I am hear. I listened to this since Friday last week and I am here and ready to go beyond my self imposed limits. Thank you ❤😊
  • "Comfort creates self care, but discomfort creates self respect" - Jay Shetty......Wow! Amazing content ❤

Before I retired 3years ago I challenged myself to put away 50% of my monthly income into stocks which is quite easy since I lived frugal without debt.I work as an account executive, and I make over $200,800.$100,000 goes into dividends and the other $100,000 goes to my living expenses, I am seeing improvements in my portfolio, dividends look certain, but I have to attribute this to only guidance of a licensed wealth strategist who allocates funds to a plenitude of assets, I have to stay discipline and remember that I am in this for a long term, recently got my first property and looking forward to get another soon.good luck everyone and thanks for the wonderful video

This will be the first book I’ve ever bought from a podcast episode and I plan on reading one more page until I finish it. Incredible insights Ed, thank you

=1 more (day, video, squat, day no drinking) = doing 'discomfort' or uncomfortable things = leaving your comfort zone (which is temporarily but regularly) = discipline = authenticity by living according to your values and want, needs = happiness and success. 💙
  • This is financial advice and I never give financial advice: DONT LEAVE DURING THE BEAR. If you don’t want to invest…learn. If you don’t want to learn…build. If you don’t want to build observe. DO SOMETHING…other than leave. There is so much opportunity here. Take advantage!
  • I survived septic pneumonia, collapsed lung, filled with abscess had two large tubes in my chest, thoracotomy lung surgery, critical care unit, icu, then heart unit, went home after a month and felt like I might not wake up, from the pain, I was given a chance for some reason and every since then I have felt the Sun on my face, the wind through my hair, the flowers that sprout from the darkness. I am going to make myself proud and my children. God bless everyone reading this.❤ I changed my diet to holistic foods and detoxing foods, i can stay under water longer than anyone I know, run, walk, i know how powerful my imagination and brain is. I believed I would never not make it other than the intense pain of that night.
  • My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless. I’ve only ever saved($510,000), never invested but want to start.
  • Ugh this just hit me when he say "in life we are most qualified to help the person we use to be" 🔥
  • One more day sober in hopes to "one day" see my children again. One more prayer, one more meeting, God gave me one more chance
  • It’s 6:28 AM, and I just got back from my first ever CrossFit workout. Because of this video I did one extra rep of everything even though my legs felt like weak & wobbly jello. :) This was my first cardio workout in more years than I feel comfortable admitting - but I did everything the trainer said to do, and I plan to go back tomorrow. I’m a midlife lady, and so proud of myself for braving into the class, despite a lifelong discomfort in gyms. Now it’s time to get get ready for the office by 8 AM, but I already feel victorious. Thank you for the inspiration before my first work out. When the trainer said, “great job. You’re done.” I said, “One more. That’s the new rule.” She smiled. It was a good first day. Keep inspiring others. My intention is to do the same. Namaste. 🙏🏼

May 23rd I had an awakening. I don’t know what tomorrow brings but today I’m sober and I’m graceful for today. Without the darkness I could not appreciate the light. I pray for everyone. Rich poor healthy sick good bad. Without polarity I don’t know what would happen. Peace love and positivity ❤
