Are some people abusing laws meant to protect those with financial troubles during the pandemic? Some homeowners in the Hamptons, where summer homes can rent for over $100,000 per month, say wealthy New Yorkers fled the city to hide out in short-term rentals in the area. Now, some renters seem to be taking advantage of the state’s eviction ban and won’t pay rent. We spoke to Paula Rosado, who says she rented her 3-bedroom Sag Harbor home to a tenant who owes over $15,000 in rent and utilities. #InsideEdition

It's absolutely insane that squatters have more rights than homeowners.

The entitlement and vanity is sickening. He could’ve chosen anywhere to quarantine but he chose the Hamptons. And now he can’t afford it so he stays and DESTROYS property 🙄 Unbelievable

I google him and he’s actually an real estate agent who sells multimillion mansions but most of his money comes from his father you can see and realize that there is something fishy and shady going in this family and that their doing illegal stuff. He was also fired from a real estate company called the real deal for damaging houses and after being terminated he suied them for 3 million dollars ( not sure if he won ) he know works for a company called “ Nest seekers “ btw he only owns 3 houses
  • He can pay a lawyer but not rent. I feel so bad for this lady! I hope after all this he gets what he deserves!

They enacted this law to prevent low income people from getting evicted due to unemployment during the pandemic. This guy is a real estate agent knew that and is just taking advantage of it. Hope he gets hit with a big lawsuit when this is all over.

Girl, you in New York, go into the city, go to one of those five boroughs, hire a few goons to remove this man. Done.
  • Insane that they have a law protecting , the home owners were better off not “renting” at all. Hopefully they get their money .
