What’s crazy is that he can still move like this at his current age. Perhaps his body allowed him to do more stuff at a younger age, but Donnie still keeping up now is quite impressive. The man is a beast and one of the greats.

Donnie Yen has shown mad respect for mma in his movies even incorporating ground fighting and wrestling in many fight scenes. Even if never competed the fact he acknowledges the effectiveness of mma is enough to say he is truly the most legit Hong Kong action star.

Little wonder Ip Chun considers Donnie the fastest learner he's ever taught. I'm normally skeptical re actors and their actual martial arts ability, but Mr Yen is the real deal.
