I’m so glad the parents didn’t wait until they were adults and that they could connect as children
  • This is a happy example of how an overwhelming situation can turn out to be a blessing. Kudos to both sets of parents for being honest with their girls early on.

What a beautiful gift the adoptive parents gave their daughters. And what a heartbreaking decision that the birth mother felt forced to make.

I have 5 siblings and my twin and i were adopted and the other 3 were in foster care. When we were 7 and 8 we went from Florida to south Carolina a very small town in sc. We went to church and there was the kids from the childrens home there... to our astonishment our little sister was in the crowd of kids. We had never met. But we looked at her and knew she was our sister. After the service we ran up to her and told her "YOUR OUR SISTER!" and she knew right away too. The director from the group home let us take her home with us and we had her the whole day until night. We tried to adopt her to no avail. But we stayed close and im happy to say im going to be living within minutes of her in just a few months.

I thought this would be one of those stories where siblings don’t know about each other until they’re adults who took a 23 and me or ancestry test. But I must give credit to both parents for letting them know, and letting them meet. Though it still has a bit of bittersweetness attached to it, it’s nice that they got to spend some of their childhood together.

I wonder how you pick one of the three? I can’t imagine having to make that choice. It’s a beautiful story of family bonds.

This is a beautiful story. I’m so thankful that their parents didn’t hide their truth. That they allowed them to have a relationship with each other, is just beautiful! I can’t imagine what the birth parents went through to choose this, but glad they were able to do this.
  • Beautiful story. It takes a lot of courage for a birth mom to put their child up for adoption. I commend all of the parents. I have an adopted brother that I love with all my heart.

The triplet bond is like no other. Im separated from my triplets through death, and i can tell you it feels like a part of me is missing. There's a bond there that is unexplainable unless you are a multiple I understand why they had to be separated, but its cruel to split multiples like that. I'm so glad they all found each other again.

So nice that their parents let them know that they had a sister. And they let them get in touch. ❤
  • What a impossible decision to keep one child and give the other two to someone else. Thank God things turned out ok.
  • I can't imagine giving birth to three and having to pick one. I don't think I would have split the identical twins up though. I'd have kept the single baby. Simply to make the choice easier. What brilliant people that they recognised the importance of the girls all knowing each other. I am so happy they have each other again.

The connection between twins and triplets must be so strong. That immediate bond and closeness. So beautiful!

All three of them are beautiful young ladies and I guarantee you all three of them have their life put together
  • @blakescrossing
It should be a crime to separate children who are part of a multiple birth and not allow them to stay in contact.
  • @truejoie
They all have the same beautiful smile ❤

I'm happy to see ya'll reunited! I am an identical twin myself. I cannot imagine being separated like that from her.
