  • If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

So I made this together with my mom, ours didn't came out as thick but I highly recommend adding a little more flour because when I mixed the eggs with the milk and flour, it was not as thick as in the video so just go by your feeling and add some more later on if you are not 100% sure Edit after all the comments: Some eggs have like a different size so ofcourse things can always differ but for the ones not knowing much about cooking, Flour makes it thicker :D
  • Ive always been a person that couldn’t cook. Recently I’ve been following your recipes to try to get into cooking more often and stop people from making fun of me. I’m actually really enjoying this. It’s so easy, YOU make it so easy. Thank you!

tried this recipe today with my 8yo - and they came out superb. Supper fluffy, soft and delicious. Its as if u are eating clouds! MashaAllah
  • For anyone who doesn't have a non-stick pan, just add a little bit more oil. I tried exactly following the recipe and it turned into scrambled eggs because of our old pan, but it came out great when I added more oil. Thank you for this soufflé recipe, it's so delicious :)
  • They came out yummy. My son loved them. He had been after me to make Japanese pancakes... finally succeeded ❤
  • This gives me serotonin watching the fluffy cute pancakes being made.
  • Personal notes: 1. It's okay to add some flour if the final mix looks too watery...that way it can have some shape and not just goo everywhere 2. When adding sugar to the egg whites...be slightly less generous especially if you're using brown sugar which doesn't dissolve as easily...(it also burns in the pan of you're not using low heat 3. Use one more egg if your eggs are smaller or even medium

I just made it and it LITERALLY tastes like PANCAKE CLOUDS!!!! it's so good. pro tip: make sure your pan is hot before you pipe the batter. My first batch turned out weird because the pan was still cold,
  • The absolute best thing I have ever tasted!!!. I am 11 years old and I triad making these for breakfast and they were amazing! I loved them
