On October 15th 2022, C.J. McCann passed away following a battle with ATRT, a rare and aggressive cancer.

In August, 21 members of C.J.'s family and their close friends will take on the gruelling challenge of cycling from Malin to Mizen Head to raising funds for Oscar's Kids and Hand in Hand, two amazing charities that have supported the family throughout their childhood cancer journey.

However, the cycle is more than just about raising money. It is about raising awareness of the challenges families face when their lives are turned upside down by childhood cancer. And it is also about learning to live in the moment, just as C.J. did.
