Firefly Alpha FLTA005 "Noise of Summer" mission as seen from Santa Cruz California (190 mi north of Vandenberg Space Force Base). Both stage 1 & 2 can be seen. Stage 2 goes under a tree line at T+7’ish mins. NO AUDIO (‘cause it’s too far away to hear - plus - in space no-one can … you know!)

The Firefly Alpha launch trajectory was SSW from Vandenburg which is different from the more SSE trajectories of recent nighttime SpaceX launches. From a Santa Cruz point of view, this means a rocket lifting and was heading to the right vs left.

Vandenburg is at a heading of 140 degrees (or SE) from Santa Cruz.
