I just finished reading this book. I found it pretty interesting how it laid out a lot of the other conditions associated with SIBO/IBS. The low fermentation eating plan was surprisingly a lot more broad than the low fodmap diet.

Hello Amanda, can you do a review of Andreas Moritz books please? Especially the liver flush one. Thanks

Great book. The fermentation diet makes a lot of sense and is certainly more manageable than low FODMAP and has reduced some of my symptoms. Being plant-based I was inadvertently eating low FODMAP but still high fermentable foods (tofu/chickpeas etc). I am confused though by guidance stating that Fructose/Mannitol/Sorbitol are to be avoided yet many of the foods in the allowed in the foods list include these FODMAPS (avocado/mushrooms etc). This needs clarification.

Hello Amanda, I just finished the elemental diet and I was wondering if it's okay to take herbal antimicrobials? I would like to do a round of oregano oil before I retest.
