On Tuesday, December 3rd, at the David Lynch Foundation's 5th Annual Change Begins Within Gala at the Conrad Hotel in New York City, Jerry Seinfeld took the stage to open the event:

"When I was doing the TV series in which I was the star of the show, the executive producer, the head writer, casting and editing, for 22 to 24 episodes on network television - not cable! Network, for 9 years. Okay? That's a lot of work. And I'm a regular guy, pretty much. You know, I'm not one of these crazy people that has endless, boundless energy I'm just a normal guy, but that was not a normal situation to be in, and so what I would do is every day when everybody would have lunch I would do TM [Transcendental Meditation] and then I would eat while I was working because I had missed lunch but that is how I survived the 9 years, it was that 20 minutes in the middle of the day would save me."

I have never been interested in any kind of meditation, but the other night I was filled with anxiety and anger, so I went on a walk. I didn't follow any kind of technique, but I had stopped thinking and just in the silence of the night I just began to feel much more aware of myself and everything. I think I only scratched the surface. I guess I'll look into this.

Of course I would be curiously looking up TM only to find jerry Seinfeld one of my favorite celebrities not only endorses, but attributes TM to his success. This is why I love consciousness and learning about, because the more I go into, the more the universe throws me signs to keep going! One love, you guys...

Pretty Funny, Jerry. You have a way of simply and humorously expressing what we all see and feel. Been doing TM for 38 years myself. Glad you are up on stage sharing your bliss!

Physical matter is real, so now is matter and not now is not matter(not real), in other words "if it's not now it's doesn't matter"

Just viewed this video – it's absolutely great! Was talking to Vicki about sharing it with our meditators – but now see that this would not be good. Or would it? I'll ask Ken. Jerry you are wonderful!
