Something you forgot to mention, is actually a pro for Spectora regardless, if you’re using the iPad or the iPhone, or a tablet and an android, when you’re done with your inspection, regardless of whatever device you are currently using, you can simply save your work, and then sync, whatever is most convenient for the client to you your end of inspection summary. So if you’re going to use your phone because it’s smaller and more convenient, you can very easily do your summary with your client on the bigger tablet.

Thanks for the info! I’ve been researching getting my inspectors license in Florida. This was very helpful!!!

I am glad my phone is dead after an inspection. It gives me an excuse to take a break for bit. Even though I could just put it on the charger and keep writing...but we will ignore that.

Loved the video! May I recommend time stamps though? And product recommendations 😊 would have loved to have seen both of these! Thanks so much! Looking into your Spectora template now! Great content!

iPad mini or similar tablet is a good compromise. As someone else said, you can sync and do the review on a laptop or large tablet.

Thanks for the videos. Have you ever had problem with iPads and cold weather? Both yesterday and today, battery life goes to zero very fast. Temp in the mid 30s.

Great video. I am just starting out. Is it safe to assume that you are using spectora software? Trying to decide for myself what to use.

@2:22 I love this feature, but it could obviously be much better. I see you need to grip the strap between your index and middle finger. I recently got the Samsung Tab S7 and because of where the S-Pen docks, there's no way I can reach the power button to take pics. I think I will have to build my own case.
  • Can you tell me what kind of tablet you are using for your video. I'm looking to invest in a tablet similar to the one with straps you showed us.

Great video. Thank you. What model iPad and iPad protector are you using?

Why have cellular on them? Would you need cellular as a one man operation? You said the hotspot from your phone isn’t great?
  • Good presentation. What specific ipad pro are you using 11 or 12.9?
