Speaking of being thankful, the man who stopped the Club Q shooter has a wife who owns a beer company. Atrevida Brewing Co. is the name. I’m thankful to that man and feel he would benefit from some love this thanksgiving, especially considering his daughter’s boyfriend was one of the people who was killed.

I live nowhere near Cleveland (I'm in Alberta, Canada), but I'm a knitter, quilter and stitcher, and always appreciate it when an LYS (Local Yarn Shop) gets a boost -- or a biz-bump! I worked in my LYS p/t for 7 years till it closed its doors, and miss it very much. When I saw the headline for this show opener, Liz Tekus’ name and store was the very first thing that came to mind. She is a phenomenal yarn artist and cool Cleveland person. I still treasure one of her knitted works of art from the days when Liz was just starting out. The baby bump segment made me smile. But highlighting Fine Points with NCIS Cleveland was absolutely hilarious and so creatively clever 😂🤣😂Thank you for a wonderful start to Thanksgiving!
