The egg shaker peeler is helpful for those with arthritis (with loss of finger dexterity) and peeling is difficult. Little toddlers can also have fun helping Mommy peel eggs.

You're so right Daiso is under rated for kitchen stuff, I've been buying it for years and love the unique tools that work really well and so affordable.

Thank you for this! I’ve shopped in Daiso for years fter discovering them first in Middle East! You got me looking at other things in a different way! 😂 The wooden spoons I use them for my honey and to scoop my fresh coffee grounds. The metal spoons react with the honey, hence why they use the wooden honey server we see in a traditional kitchen. So never use metal spoons for your honey! 😊

Daiso has a small handheld mandoline slicer that I love. I use it for cucumbers, zucchini, carrots, etc..

Thanks for sharing.I get overwhelmed in store and miss things. I go all the time. And didn't notice some of these essentails!! Daiso is perfect for kids that cook. My 13 yr old likes specific tools. Has her own set of things
