Thanks mate, from Australia! I cried. You taught me so much. A few months ago i was diagnosed with Emphysema, after many years of cigarette and long covid. Thanks for teaching me ways to improve my respiratory abilities and functions. I feel like there is hope!

Thank you for making these videos. It promotes hope. I was told you could not improve lung function.

Everything is so well explained and makes it easier to understand how we can improve our lung functions, it is hard work but so worth it. My New Lungs is an excellent way to rehab with the option of having a weekly session with a therapist which I can strongly recommend. Thank you for these videos they are so helpful.
  • Hi Alex. I'm impressed with your program. My name is Jim from Australia. I will be signing up soon

My biggest complaint being I guess stage 3 is the bottom of rib cage where the diphrame is. Feels like it is stiff sometimes and it makes it hard for me to breathe. I have never been told what this maybe or how to deal with it. My oxygen level stays usually 95-97 and goes up sometimes to 99. I really would like to join but I have no treadmill or bike. I'm suppose to be in pulmonary therapy but nothing on the lungs more so about cardio. 🙄
