I’m very impressed with this eBike. I like the thumb throttle! ❤

Although I think you are right on nearly all things about the Omega, being that I've owned what I think is the competitor's bike for a year now it didn't cost $8000 and still doesn't. Of course, I could be wrong and it's a different competitor. Me being a person who loves to pedal, would like to see a throttle on my bike, but having put thousands of miles on it already, don't really miss it. The torque sensor is one of my must-haves on an e-bike. Now with that out of the way, is the Omega a good value? Absolutely. Riding an e-bike with basically a CVT transmission lets you forget about shifting and have fun like when you were a kid.

It's strange that nobody has mentioned the 4-year 20,000-mile warranty. Pretty much end to end except for consumables like tires. I've had a Delta X for 4.5 years now. Using the two lowest gears 90% of the time, I still get anywhere in town within 25 minutes or less at between 14 and 18 mph. My EVELO was definitely worth the cost. The company does not know I'm endorsing it, but I like it that much. I also don't know of any company in America who will match this warranty with the same coverage.

Ha, this has a lot in common with my Atlas. I laughed when you talked about the seat, which I upgraded a few hours ago. Now it's like riding on a cloud. Anyone interested in the Omega or Atlas should know the additional battery is not available immediately. It didn't matter to me as I don't need that kind of range. I'm waiting on my rear rack, though.

After further though, here's some constructive criticism for them; The technology seems great but put on that platform, it isn't worth it to me. For the price, I'd want a larger diameter headlight, so I appear nearer rather than farther away to cross traffic. It should be able to pulse or flash. A larger and better located rear light. Also, able to flash. A rear rack so I have someplace to put my jacket. A choice of saddles upon ordering. Here's an idea. How about a factory provided Apple Air Tag holder? Lectric included a nice strong folding lock for my $1K XP 3.0. As it is, I don't see it worth the money to me, but I do wish them good luck and will keep them on the radar.

This bike and the Dost are the coolest ebikes

great bicycle. would be great to have it as second lazy/commute style ride.
-
Right now their Black Friday sale price is $4199, down $500, with free shipping and 21 day trial with free return shipping! Very tempting!
-
That's more than half the price of the new CSC e-motorcycle coming out, and right up there with the Metacycle(when it shows up). So it's a great display of technology for people who do get to ride it

Well, first off it tick's a lot of my personal boxes, Belt Drive, Check. Overall Design Asthenic, Check, Mid Drive, Check. Automatic with get out of Jail, Check. Power 750 minimum, Check. The $ is the stumbling block...I could go $3500, but S4,600 plus Axe likely $5000 delivered a box is sadly a box I can't check . However, down the road (pun intended) I'd imagine once R and D have been satisfied and Market Competition moves in this direction the $ may or likely come down to my ability. Overall though I really like the concept though I'd also like something with mild to medium off road possibilities as I'm thinking lakeside trails and regular street, hill riding.

Hope Lectric does this down the road

Bike is currently at $2600.
-
I have a Van Moof with an automatic transmission. Nice bike for a lot less money.
-
How much does it weigh?
-
Impressive, but I can't crunch the numbers (while I'm crunching the gears)!!!🙄 Great vid.

The prices these EV companies are PUSHING to get the industry to is honestly pushing me to get my M classification and a gas-powered motorcycle. I love my ebike, but I'm not going to pay $4.6k for WAY less miles, less power, and less speed, when I could just get a motorcycle for less.
-
I prefer that get outta jail free card.
-
Does the throttle turn the crank or the hub?
-
Are we ever going to see normal prices? Im not paying the same money for a 600cc supersport motorcycle

This bike would be perfect for my wife, but unfortunately Evelo doesn't ship to Canada.
