Yo man just wanted to let you know that I get the exact same thing for extended periods of time. I can recommend just doing cardio workouts like running despite them (I've also had the cardiac workup and same good result as you), it will increase them a little afterwards as your metabolic demand increases but you'll feel relaxed instead of tense whilst having them. After a day or so you'll notice that the heart is noticably calmer as you return to resting mode (my theory is that it is all the adrenaline and cortisol sticking around in the body which irritates the heart muscle causing these jackhammer beats). Stay strong, you're not alone!

Also, you might find this interesting: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Da_Costa%27s_syndrome
  • My heart is pounding most of the time. The only time I don't feel it is when i'm working. I also have this feeling of unease or vibrations in my body. Does anybody else experience this? Doctors say it's anxiety as a result of burnout and excessive stress.

Mine does exactly what your does pulpation and it will speed up and slow down. I know what you mean your rythem sounds good like mine but the pulpation. Im 35 year old. Did they pine point the the palpitations and what was the treatment

The rhythm was definitely regular, you were averaging around 80bpm but the rate seems to vary with your inhalation and exhalation (that's sinus arrythmia, and unlike the name suggests it is not a real arrythmia). Personal question: do you also have or have you been diagnosed in the past with irritable bowel syndrome? I'm going to build a website for this "syndrome without a name" (just to make it known to the wider worlds that this is a thing) as I also have suffered from it myself since I was 18/19 or so, but I want to gather more data from different sources before I start doing that. How is the experience after you've had a meal? Does it feel worse? Any bloating?

It sounds tired, frankly.  Have the doctors tested your potassium levels?  DO you have any other symptoms which may seem unconnected such as muscle cramps or weakness?  What's your resting pulse rate? Highest pulse rate?  Did the stress test or echo have any results you can share?  Thanks.
