This is the second time in my life that I’ve been fully plant based. I came back to it from being a lacto/ovo pescatarian. I started a month ago on my 52nd birthday. I went from beginning to have lots of odd health issues to feeling like a new person. I’ve also lost ten lbs in a month, while staying full and maintaining great energy.

  • Fiber Fueled is a treasure trove of useful information and WFPB recipes that don't require exotic, expensive ingredients. I hope it will inspire my daughter, son-in-law and their young family to switch to a diet rich in plant diveristy.

My friend's husband just got diagnosed with colon cancer. Apparently one of the causes is eating a high fat diet, meat and processed meat. I'm astonished when I see the numerous YT cooking channels promoting unhealthy high fat fried meats, high sugar and high salt foods and some being presented by proclaimed nutritionists.
  • Love this! Have the book! We are plant based and follow the 13-14 hour Time Restricted Eating window. Thanks Chuck for bring us Dr. B! Respect him so much!

I like Rip Esselstyn's comparison that oil is to nuts/seeds/avocado as white sugar is to fruit.
