The United Nations has completed its investigation into 19 staff members of the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees, who Israel accused of being involved in the October 7th attack.
They found no, or insufficient, evidence to support the allegations against ten of its staff.
They found evidence that nine “may” have been involved and have terminated their employment.
UNRWA employs around 13,000 people.

Al Jazeera’s Gabriel Elizondo has more about this from New York.

Al Jazeera's Senior Political Analyst, Marwan Bishara, claims that the West has unjustly supported Israel's aggressive actions against UNRWA.

The Israeli army can get away with anything, and there is no consequences, but at the same time can accuse anyone and can be heard at a high level
  • The US are entirely complicit in Israel's genocide. Also, the UK & others are complicit. I am so ashamed of the Western governments that have done nothing to stop this horror show in Palestine 💔
  • As always, Mr. Bishara cuts through the bs and gets to the truth. And in Canada, at least, the restoration of UNRWA funding was entirely down to the massive outcry among the common people. If it had been left to the politicians, that tap would be definitively shut down.
  • Shameful how much is spent on weapons by US and western countries and yet they can't provide funding for the hungry and homeless. Marwan Bishara and Gabriel Elozondo are excellent analysts.
