  • I read that needle binding socks makes them "almost indestructible", so I had to see how that worked. Thank you for the great video. I'll have to watch it several times to understand how to even start the round. Thank you!
  • Thank god! FINALLY a clear and precise step-by-step how to of a round start and how to needlebind a complete sock!!!
  • good, only thing I could suggest is it might be good to have close ups of what you are doing and exactly what loops/stitches you are picking up which I think might help beginners.
  • okay finally got it...4th round after adding 2 extra stitches will be 42 stitches and 5th round after adding 2 extra stitches will be 44 stitches

Instructions for nalbinding socks are hard to come by, so thank you for doing this!! It's been very helpful.
  • Thank you for this! I’m just starting with Viking Age re-enacting and I want to make socks and a hat with needlebinding

Inhave been practicing my Oslo stitch since i first found nalbinding. Only been about 4 or 5 months...I am absolutely ecstatic to find your in-the-round video! So easy to follow, I was elated!!! Tha k you so much!❤
  • Thank you...just what I was looking for! However, you have brown work against a brown table and I can't see, lol!
  • Maybe stupid question but what size of the needle for woolen yarn size 3 or 2? 😅 Where I would use 3.5 crotchet hook for stitches to be more tight (cause it's socks) ❤
  • Could you please show us how to make a tunic/sweater. How would you do the underarm area?
  • @JB-nd6kx
I think i am being stupid, but can I ask what you mean by 'increase two loops on each round' for row 4 and 5? Does that mean increase two to every loop? I don't understand 🤦‍♀️ thank you for the video
  • hello! to make mittens, can I use this pattern, but instead of the heel make it for a thumb (like shown in the wrist warmers video) and then continuing to the wrist? Or should a mitten start at the bottom? thank you in advance :)
  • Thank you soo much for this video! I just love how clear you are with the instructions! You've helped me so much! ❤️❤️❤️
  • As you normally we have a needle size for yarns, can I ask which size it's this you used? I have the same number for shoes. 😊 Thank you.
  • I can’t do it. I’ve made loads of hats but I don’t do it like that. Io start of with the circumference and work in. I get in a real mess like this
  • Thanks so much for these videos! They've been incredibly helpful in learning nålbinding so far. Thanks to your clear and concise instructions, I've almost finished my first mitten, and I'm bizarrely proud of it. Out of curiosity, is it possible to change stitches in the middle of a piece? For instance, could I start with the Oslo stitch, and transition to a Finnish 2+2 part-way through? I'm not sure why I'd want to do that, but I was wondering if it's possible. Thanks in advance!
