It’s ridiculous that JR gets blamed for not “running Ewing Oil the way Jock would want.” Jock knew all about JR’s plan and gave him the go-ahead.

I know it’s just a show but Miss Ellie had no authority to make any decisions when it came to the company, like selling the oil that JR was stock piling.
