The main thing they need to bring back are those Mini Camp drills they had in like Madden 2003. The ones they've had in recent years (40-yard dash, bench press, etc) have been straight trasshhh.

They should put Jim Nantz and tony romo as commentators 😂 that would be way more entertaining

Special Teams positions: You can make careers and probowls off this. Some later round picks are drafted for this. Modern positions: We need Edges, Nickels and Hbacks.

Can we get a CPU with situational awareness? For example, If I'm up by multiple scores late in the 4th quarter, why does the CPU only run hurry-up offense until after the 2min warning? By that time it's already too late.

Expansion teams and rebranding is what's needed, logo creation & uploads like NBA 2k and MLB The Show also, Good looking on the legends part also for franchise 👍🏽 A legends pool would be crazy for today's rosters.

I feel like historic teams should come back they were really cool to play with older games

Another issue I have with madden, is the QB, going through his pre snap BS. It’s too long and it’s a pain in the butt when you should be in a rush situation. You not totally in a hurry up but when you trying to snap the ball to stop the clock, or sneak a play in… I don’t care for the QB and the pre-snap animation unless I can press X or something and rush through it like old madden…

The issue with classic teams is that there is no current mechanism in place to negotiate with every retired player at once, such as a retired players association. The NBA i believe has such a thing. So, 2K can do one deal with that association and get old players in minus ones who purposely opt out (Charles Barkley). EA would have to do a deal with each individual retired NFL player and that would be very difficutlt. The NHL has a similar retired players group with is why their game has classic teams to a certain extent. Also, the announcers may be under a multi year contract. That's certainly the norm in broadcast media.

Madden needs refs back on the field, and it needs Madden 07's superstar mode in the game. Two biggest things it needs, 100%

Three announcer pairs would be so awesome. Brandon and Charles for primetime. Nantz and Romo for AFC games. Kevin Burkhardt and Greg Olsen for NFC games. That would be awesome!

Can you imagine having FOX, CBS, NBC and ESPN announcers depending on the game you play? Boyeee!

EA should add cheerleaders for the home games like IRL honestly

I think for as gameplay they should add a control for the defense where when the play is engaged the players should have icons over them when a certain button is pressed like when the play is engaged we can have three buttons to press like one button can be for the defensive line and the other two can be for DBs and LBs so when we press one of the buttons icons will appear just like the receivers have on offense that way we don't have to stay on one player we can pick who we want to be on while the play is engaged

Training camps with position battles and progression based on how players perform in training camp is a huuuuuge missing feature in franchise

Ea pushing out this “gang tackles” like this wasn’t in the game a couple years ago and then the breaking tackle whenever you spam a or x like cmon sh!t company

Honestly I believe we’re going to get another copy paste madden especially in franchise mode. I’m a relocation player and I do believe for the past several years the London blackknights colors scheme is wrong (red is pink and black is gray) and also didn’t they remove 2 relocation teams 2 years ago with no addition..I’m so frustrated with madden

Eric the biggest thing for me is MINI CAMPS like madden 04-06 and TRAINING CAMPS like HeadCoach 06/09

I will never forget the franchise show that they had during franchise mode over a decade ago. I forget what it was called, but after a week you would get a TV show Esque type of review of the week… actually painful to not have now.
