After watching so many videos on how to throw forehand, nothing really clicked for me. Then I found Paul Ulibarri's video on how to get more spin. That's when I realized the arm-to-wrist snap ratio.
Then, I grabbed all the Discraft Recycle ESP discs to have different types of discs. Whenever I start to use my arm more than by snapping, I go back to the drill Paul Ulibarri does in the video.
