That was more direct than usual from Christian, I was kind of expecting a "we back our drivers 100%" but I guess that would have been too transparent.

Max was content with P5, now P4, from P11ā¦. All cars had abt the same pace thus this result was the best they could expect, Max said. Your headline is BS. P4 is not disappointing at all! Especially cos Max extended the gap to Lando on P2 in drivers WC by finishing ahead of him šŖ

Fully upgraded RB = 4th. Half upgraded RB = 8th. Not bad result, but without Newey, they are lost in the sea. 2025 RB will struggle for sure!

To be fair, I think Max got the maximum today. He did as good a first stint as he could and then the rest was primarily dictated by the car having no pace. Perez on the other hand... idk

It is still very odd that Red Bull suddenly lost so much speed not only Mclaren but also Mercedes and Ferrari.

Checo lost a position to Lewis but Red Bull shafted him by bringing him early to not do team orders and/or have him fight Max

So many comments without questioning the poor team strategy, putting mediumās on second stint, they should have run a longer first stint on medium and switched to hard, Checo has always been good on tires. If the hard was too slow, keep going until a fast medium last stint is achievable.

Over their history all the number 2 drivers at RB have just failed or faded away. Checo is a good driver, but RB seem to favor one driver at any given time.

Checo wasnāt dominant in Q1, barely escaped Q2, and had a miracle in showing out to P3 as the speeds slowed.
