  • Nice! Favorite living Guitarists: - Ron Jarzombek - Christian Münzner - Terrance Hobbs - Dan Eggers - Joe Haley - John Abernathy - Scott Carstairs - Christian Kühn - Tony Lazaro - Dave Suzuki - Sébastien Tuvi (aka BST) - Christian Bouché (aka Hasjarl) - Aaron Homma

2 more for the innovative & creative guitarists category: Tosin Abasi (kinda shocked Nik didn't mention him) and Plini

Cool hearing Nick Hipa is one of Nic Nocternal's favorites. I've seen AILD more than any other band because his cousins are basically family to me, so we would hang out whenever he dropped by town. And his Mom is a close family friend too. Also as far as some favorite Metalcore guitarists aside from Nick, I lobe the guitarists from Living Sacrifice, Oh Sleeper, Norma Jean, and Becoming The Archetype.

Hey metal trenches! I love that you actually take time to read and respond to comments. This is my intro to the channel and really enjoyed the content dude. Just to throw my hat into this ring, I think for best metal guitarists I'd include: - syn gates - dimebag - Mick Thompson - yngwie malmsteen - Dio (Honourable mention to Dave Murray and iron maiden) Those are all older guys of course so always good to get some contemporary suggestions. Definitely gonna check some of the guys mentioned out! Keep it up 🤘👽🤘

I absolutely love Chris Wiseman. It's very rare to have a guitarist for 2 bands that still write distinct riffs for each band. And I also really love Justin Lowe from After the Burial, RIP.

Love or hate A7X, Synester Gates definitely deserves respect that guy is a ridiculous talent. Cool to see Dmitry of Shokran get mentioned, he’s another great player worth checking out. Shokran in general is great.

It’s gotta be Kurt Ballou for me. Dude is a legend.
  • @Rosterized
Buckethead John Petrucci Marty Friedman Alex Lifeson uhhhh and James Hetfield for them riffs Totally not a ranking or anything just something from the top of my dome Also what comes to Corpse its funny because back when he was just a "guy with a really deep voice" playing among us with all the bigger streamers at the time I literally thought "this guy could do metal vocals so effortlessly if he wanted, atleast the lows".
