President Biden is pushing for several reforms to the Supreme Court, including term limits, an ethics code for justices and a limit on presidential immunity. However, the proposals are unlikely to become policies amid a divided Congress with less than 100 days until the election. Jed Shugerman, professor at Boston University School of Law, joins CBS News to discuss.

This should also include Congress. Term limits, no gifts, no speaking fees, all investments in a blind trust, etc. otherwise, it’s a toothless partisan reactionary proposal.

amen amen amen amen amen amen amen amen amen amen amen amen amen amen amen amen amen. He shouldn’t include the constitutional immunity to the president with the Supreme Court term limits, cause it’s just gonna stop that from happening. And the Supreme Court desperately needs term limits

The Supreme Court is allowed way too much power. They need proper checks and balances.
  • When Harlan Crow gives millions to Thomas. Then is deciding this guys cases in front of him . Holy crap . It’s not a democratic thing. It’s a corruption thing.

I think most Americans are pretty tired of a court that in no way expresses the views of a majority of Americams

I've been trying to find someone to tell me just one thing joe biden has done for the united states of America.

Not even realistic. It's rather ignorant that only when it doesn't agree with you, you need reforms. It's going nowhere. You'd have a bets shot if you also pitch term limits for both houses of congress.

Biden preaching ethics is the funniest thing I've heard all day. 😂🤣
