  • hello friend i am very interested in learning more atm i am actually crooked if i sit down one foot touches the floor one doesnt when i force both feet onto the floor my right pelvic area strains and pinchs and my left foot faces 45 degrees out and myright foot faces forward im so confused as to why my body has shifted in this way as i when i was growibng up i had a very good center of gravity and an almost impecable core im now 20 and can barely do a pull up without my shoulder cracking i had received an injury to my right shoulder but was told it would not affect me now my collarbones sit uneven and my right shoulderblade pertrudes aswell as all those other problems somnetimes i just feel like i hate this world
