16:26 is a reference to a game called Ben and Ed, a game where you play as a zombie going through an obstacle course filled with traps

The series also has a sister game called Fail Man. It's by the same people and is also a point-and-click with illogical answers, though it's about a super hero rather than troll faces and toilet humor.

The games go from 5 to 13 because 13 is considered an unlucky number and the game is about the player getting unlucky, that is also why there is 13 levels
