I believe she will take good actions, but she will do so in a way that is not directed at Israel by name but broader shifts in policy and renewed efforts to enforce compliance with our own laws and treaty obligations. However, simultaneously, I believe that as a prosecutor herself she will quietly help to ensure that the ICC and ICJ can do what they are charged to do without interference or threat.
