  • “HE MADE THIS IN A CAVE, WITH A BUNCH OF SCRAPS!” - Games Workshop CEO addressing creative team
  • Event Horizon: "I am grim dark." Hellraiser: "No, I am grim dark." DoH: "Hold my baby..."
  • A year later and he’s basically the last animator standing
  • Can we take a moment to appreciate the design of the armor? It is so detailed and ornate. Like, damn!
  • "Have you recovered?" "I breathe. It will be enough." Doesn't get more Space Marine than this
  • The fact that woman is so disfigured and still believes in the emperor is astounding
  • @dusk6686
The most terrifying part for this was when one of the cultists looked out a window and into the warp. There are demons and warp entities crawling all over the hull of the ship. It's like they're in a submarine diving into the depths of an ocean inside hell.
  • 1. corpses on the outside of the ship are stuck there due to astartes magboots, giving a glimpse of the previous boarding assault fight on the hull. 2. marines in floors and walls are due to either a blind, rushed, or warp interferenced teleport assault attempt. -both of these make it seems like the fight was a last ditch effort assault just so they could potentially get a few men on board to sabotage or to break out and warn the next planet where ever they exit the warp from. 3. blipping demons, old school bloodletter, and mutated mother/child are because there is no gellar field on while they're warp traveling (makes sense given they're wordbearers) 4. dark mechanicus guy says there's an intruder messing around with the ship: either a surviving ultramarine or maybe that nightlord astartes perched over the pit (could be loyalist). -more than likely the first since the guy in the cell asks the ultramarine if he's recovered after he finds out they're close to the next planet/about to exit warp, as if ready to spring their own plan. 5. torso ultramarine over pit is probably the captured captain from part 2 that welcomed wordbearers onto planet; now being forced to watch his captured brothers fight/die in the pit. -he has his imperial laurel nailed to his head, probably in mockery , and the ultramarine in the pit is wearing his while fighting with two "Macragge" ultramarine signature axes 6. normal guy in cell is probably a captured ultramarine initiate based on his shoulder armor and dialogue with the world eater; "aspire to become one with the 13th legion". - also says he doesn't need to be modified to go toe to toe with the world eater, referring to either the gene seed needed to become an astartes or the butchers nails. 7. same guy recognizes the ultramarine walking with the wordbearers and is in disbelief; astarte in next cell tells him its a wordbearer that's just wearing his armor; "a lie". -at the end, you can see both the imprisoned astartes armor being worn by the wordbears and Nakal, as shells that they will "march onto the streets of neighboring worlds" MK1 Terminator and gal vorbak were a great touch as well. Phenomenal animation: liked and subscribed.
  • And this children is why joining Chaos is never warranted.
  • "I breathe. It will be enough." It's literally "Tis' but a scratch" but ten times more badass
  • For this project to have been ALLOWED to be cancelled, is a goddamn crime.
  • Seeing the bodies fused with the hull of the ship is so fuckin creepy, and I love it.
  • Dear god I'm beginning to understand why Imperium has such a thorough purging policy.
  • @svp2864
The best depiction of Chaos in Warhammer Universe ever created.
  • I really love that you don't shy away from the more gruesome aspects of 40k. I feel like you're the only animator that could get the Dark Eldar down right
  • @CptZog
200% more what I picture the 40k setting looks like over what has generally been being put out these days. What an incredible fan project. I'd love to see more.
  • I wonder what chaos space marines look like under the armor. 1 minute later. Take it back! Take it back!
  • @shan9usfc
And this is why you take care of Gellar Fields.
  • @cbrando190
I watched this again 3 years later and I think the amount of effort that went into this should not be underscored. Someone was trying to share their vision of something. I appreciate it.
