Legitimately surprised he hasn't found some old-timey gym whith the dumbbells that have round metal balls at the ends.
  • @AlotlikeArham123
What does this man not do? He's a collector, curator, musician, creator, artist, AND ALSO A GYMNAST ??!?!
  • @minimcune
This man must be protected at all costs. What a treasure.
  • @soccermommyNPC
Rajiv looks like he could have graduated college last year, so him mentioning that this has been a 20-year pursuit is such a testament to the results. Incredible!
  • @TayWoode
Wow, so not only is he good looking, funny, intelligent, wise, plays the piano and harp, an author, a caligraphist an actor, he now also shows us what a cracking body he has 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
  • @maypasifiki9360
"I feel sexy when wearing cut off gloves. I'll just admit everything to you" 😂😂 I love this guy 🧡
  • @LisaMarie-br8tn
This is crazy. I've been miserable for years and just joined a gym for the first time in my life because of social anxiety. I can't believe how good I felt almost immediately! ❤❤❤ you!!!
  • @lancasterose
The transition from the opening disclosure to "I want to look like I was carved by Polykleitos of Athens in the 5th century BCE" just killed me 😂
  • @leigilmore
I don’t need to watch the video before I like it… because I already know I’ll love it!
  • @fifteenthfret
“Damn boy, you IS fine!” And that, dearest Rajiv, is coming from a Pre-K gay almost 66 year old woman in Westchester County, NY. The truth is the truth. You’ve earned it. Thank you for every video and consequently, every inspiration. Journey on, Rajiv. Journey on…

Taking stairs has proven to be really good for me. I'm 80 years old and not someone who exercises a lot but for over 30 years I have taken the stairs to my apt. ,and only one flight; It has absolutely helped me in my old age. I don't like elevators so that's why I started doing stairs and soon realized the benefits. My legs, thighs are strong. I also use stairs to go to upper floor i my pharmacy while most other customers use the elevator. two flights!. My advice is use the stairs whenever possible.

Classic statues being the body inspiration is just excellent. Just a class act of a human being
  • @davidjenson7773
Our bodies are almost like plants they can grow. They can change, depending on what we feed, and nourish, them. Calisthenics changed my world and took me out of being the skinny weak guy.
  • @betsylindsay8480
Being the best version of yourself inside and out (which can’t always match the societal ideal) is such an intentional lifestyle, bringing much harmony to your life. Rajiv is glowing proof of that.
  • @dodgethis_
Wanting to look and feel your best is not vain! Working out is as essential for your mind as it is for your health. There's nothing bad or vain about wanting to feel, be and look healthy.
  • @odettice9219
This video really helped me. Especially the end. My dad ridiculed me for looking in the mirror. For how many times I showered and for why I was showering. Who I was talking to. If I was “acting” different. And finally in times of distress I would lose my appetite. He would make comments on my body if I would gain or lose weight. I cherish this video deeply because it took along time to feel like it was okay to care about how I look, and to be a little vain :)
  • @gwinmeyer1053
Loved that you pulled out a classic iPod as opposed to a phone for your workout. Such a great idea to eliminate distractions !😊
  • @ermeeleer
Even his "workout video" is about the spiritual and mental aspects... Practicing being conscious, mindfulness, enjoying the process and about self-esteem, self-transformation, acceptance and appreciating the results... I expected nothing less... Love it. (And happy to see his videos getting sponsorship!)
  • @whyme7400
I have rarely seen someone as gifted and beautiful as Rajiv. To top it off, he is humble and amusing. What a guy!
