  • Omg I wish I knew this before. We use a private lander and I cost out almost 15% $6,500 and lawyers fee. We just refinance with a B lander now and A gain have to payed 1% broker fee,lawyers fee,and the last month of interest of $5,300dll for paying earlier. I felt like I got rip off. We didn't have time to navigate other opciones and went for this one thinking was gonna be 9% oh was I wrong big big lessons for me I won't never forgot. Hope people that are watching this videos realize there is other options.
