We don't eat cereal in Europe for breakfast. Who wants that if you have bacon, eggs and butter?
  • I am happily a meat eater. In my best health. I can actually run and not faint. Huge milestone for me.
  • Before I get to the answer, I’m going to guess cereal, bagels, croissants and other fast carb foods.

So apparently it's cereal and orange juice. One thing to remember about the cereal and orange juice we consume today compared to what our grandparents and great grandparents ate back in the day. Back then cereals didn't contain high fructose corn syrup and preservatives, and orange juice back then was squeezed by hand. Also, the grains used to make our wheat and corn flours is treated with glyphosate (Roundup) which destroys the gut biome. In addition, the orange juice sold in supermarkets has been seriously adulterated, often squeezed and juiced at the factory and placed into huge vats that are vacuum sealed, thus degrading nearly all the nutritional value from the juice. When it is processed and packaged into containers they add sugar, orange essential oil, and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) to the juice to make it drinkable again. So the breakfast is already highly processed, and it's the consumption of this adulterated food that causes inflammation in the body and causes cuts in the arteries that scar up.

WE'RE NOT DESIGNED TO BE CONSTANTLY EATING EVERY 15 MINUTES THAT WE'RE AWAKE!
  • We were practically raised on cereal. As an adult, I cut out fat, used margarine and vegetable oil and all I got for my troubles are 3 heart attacks and 3 stents. At least I am still breathing. It's amazing just how much we were lied to in the name of money. 17:37

I like your videos, I just wish you wish you would get to the point sooner
  • I'm a label reader, I drink Unsweetened tea, coffee with half/half, honey raw unfiltered, vanilla extract, water. I limit my sugar intake because of inflammation. When in the grocery store I buy fresh vegetables, I buy my meats from Omaha Steaks 🥩 my best friends are Garlic, Turmeric, Ginger & Cayenne Pepper 😉

Gonna have to disagree with you on intermittent fasting, skipping breakfast and time fasting in general. For me skipping breakfast ( only consuming lemon water and black coffee) and eating within a 16:8 window really helps me feel light and energetic. Helps me keep a healthy weight and feel great overall

Ill save yall time: its Cereal, oatmeal, grits, waffles, orange juice etc.
  • I got to 9 minutes and died ,if you had told me sooner I may still be alive but it took so long to tell me I ran out of time.,thanks for that.😵‍💫

A picket eater as a kid, I remember sometimes eating cereal for all 3 meals. Cap’n Crunch till the roof of my mouth was shredded, Rice Krispies with so much sugar in the milk not all of it dissolved. Fast forward to obesity, 2 gestational diabetic pregnancies. It’s been over 5 years since a box of cereal was in my cupboard. I am now low carb A1c was 5.9 fell to 5.1. Meat and veggies for me. I love carbs but they don’t love me and I learned to be better to myself.

Just dragging it out really infuriates me.
  • Thank you I had a coworker, her old mom came from Hungary for a visit. She prepared a hot Oates meal for BF, for her. Her mom looked at the Oates and said; are you going to feed me, what we only fed to pigs 🐖. Thank you again

This is the Dr. Brewer I loved listening to 5+ years ago when he used paper graphs he held up in front of the camera. Those talks were personal, to the point, and provided exceptional wisdom and insight. I planned on having Dr. Brewer provide my medicare services, but I've stopped watching for the most part because I'm not interested in him trying to "be all things to all people". Great job on this video doc! Thanks for reminding me who you used to be.
